Chin Ups bwx13 i felt my lats feeling sore after about 7 or 8 reps but thought nothing of it.
Leg Curls 32x10 39x10 46x10 for 2 sets
Standing on toes for 30 seconds with 55kg. 5 sets.
Planks 3 sets of 40 seconds
Deadlifts 70x3 110x3 130x3 150x3 162.5x1 halfway up I just felt my right lat strain but I completed the rep. I stopped after feeling the lat pain. I have full range of motion in my right arm and there is no swelling or bruising but I stopped training straight away. Hopefully it's just a minor strain. However, because the lats are involved with benching and even squatting I'm going to have to stop training for a few days and let it rest. I'm planning just to do cardio. Extremely disappointing to say the least.
Treadmill Walked for 3.6km @ 5.7km/h speed.
damn sux about the lat. rest for sure.
how's the achilles? haven't mentioned it in a while? hope it's improving.
Sure, herbs are very cool. Basil, coriander and mint are pretty easy to care and strong. Thyme and rosemary haven't gone well to me.
yea i wanted to get mint and basil.
maybe ill pick those up soon. i need a better section for herbs. id like to plant them in rows or something. dno yet. been looking at raised beds etc.. lol
any idea why the rosemary hasn't gone well? climate?
Another fellow boxer passes away but due to an accident that occurred during sparring. Must have been one powerful body shot to have caused that much damage.
so i was telling my dad i wanted to try and propagate my bougainvillea. i told him what i thought you did, and he told me something way different. i don't even know how he learned it.
i found a video which shows it.. it's basically partially cutting a bougainvillea branch and then causing it to root/grow while still attached.
it's crazy.
if you scroll through the vid, you'll see this guy has one bougainvillea propagating like 100 more bougainvilleas.. wtf.
that's basically what my dad told me he's done & it worked great. crazy. most vids i've seen do it completely different. this seems like such a sick technique.
