WEIGHT: ???
SORENESS: none
ACHES/INJURIES: right toe
MENTAL STATE: good

- warm up

- DLRVJ x 12-15
pretty good, mostly in the 34-35 range. one jump was very fluid and relaxed and probably my highest of the day, easily 35. nothing else particularly great but better consistency/height maintenance than i have had at a couple of recent PR-ish-level sessions.

- superset x 3
-- cook hip lift x 15/leg
-- x-band walk x 12/side

- stretch

did a couple windshield wipers for funzies, too. the pain in my left shoulder is almost completely gone.

nice.

fuck.. :(

wish CLE would have played with that sense of urgency (in the last few minutes of game 7) the whole 4th quarter. They also should have been fouling Iggy that whole 4th quarter.. coaching was weak for CLE.

Boxing / Verdejo, Walters, and Wilder
« on: June 14, 2015, 02:58:51 am »
soo.. the big fight of the night was Deontay Wilder for the HW championship.. however, Verdejo was insanely impressive. He is crazy fast/powerful with solid defense. I've seen some highlights from him before but never a full fight.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmkibkFcbe8" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmkibkFcbe8</a>

kid is a star... can't wait to watch him fight again.

wilder's defense needs to improve alot. tbh, not that impressive even though he stopped his opp.

walters is so big for 126, but he looked good.

~3.4 mi run

WRECKED my foot.. was running at a moderate pace and stepped hard on a large thorn.. went right through my vibrams and 'deep' into my foot.. pulling it out was not easy, it was really in there.. thankfully it still had the branch attached to it otherwise i would have been in a very bad situation HEH!

hurts fairly bad right now.. have to make sure it isn't infected etc.

LAME!

That sucks, I remember wearing flip flops and was going through a field until a sharp long leaf like thorn went through the flip flops and straight into my feet, but we didn't have anticeptic back then but then again it didn't go that deep to bleed alot.

we're lucky it wasn't a rusty nail HEH!

also because the floyd vs pacquiao fight was a fail in terms of living to the hype you are excused from performing the weak dunk lol.

hah.. i'll agree it was a weak fight just to get out of the dunk then.. even though i loved it :D
