single arm db overhead press:
- 50 lb @ L=12, R=7
- 50 lb @ L=10, R=7
neutral grip dead hang pullups: BW @ 8
parallel bar dips: BW @ 9
single arm db curl: 40 @ 3 x 7
single arm db overhead press: 40 lb @ R=20, L=12
so weird, i was thinking about you several days ago.. ha! wondering what you were upto etc.
