jog & sprint - man.. these workouts are so brutal. - got in some nice sprints, all very short.. - have to be careful sprinting in vibram's, even though it feels great

single arm db bench press: - 60 lb. @ L=13, R=18
single arm db row: 60 lb. @ 18e
single arm neutral-grip db bench press: - 60 lb. @ L=5, R=8
supinated barbell row: 60 lb. @ 10
pronated barbell row: 60 lb. @ 6
close grip semi-sumo deadlift: 135 lb. @ 13 - tired/swole!
bagged gym tonight because my dad got sweet orioles tickets at the last minute. spent the evening right behind home plate, watching a pitchers' duel that ended in a walk-off HR in the bottom of the 11th! first time i've ever seen a walk-off in person!

"high rep" close-grip semi-sumo deadlift: - 135 lb. @ 20 - controlled eccentric, basically squatting while holding on to the bar. - dl'd until my hands gave out - felt good ;f
lool. i've been thinking about expressing training in the form of algebraic data types and such lately.. redoing the forum/adding some sick features is still a dream of mine. will i ever do it? who knows
if/when I ever do that.. it's going to be a serious bich entering old workouts into the system.. I mean we'd do it for anyone still journaling/big journals.. but it would definitely be worth it, the kind of analytics we'd see from it. then we'd wish we had it all along. ;/
