Well, you can leave the tendon stress to plyos and actual jumps.

^^^ Forum tip of the day : The quote headlines are hyperlinks to the post.

LOL never knew that existed wtf

By the way - the paused squat should be better for you at your age - less strain (hopefully) on the tendons and ligaments from the inertia, more muscle recruitment from the longer TUT.

You could even do 1-1/2-full-1/2-1 squats.

Is the reason why you're afraid to go too deep a matter of strength or a matter of losing balance?

Haha did you answer me back then?

How do you know with such precision that you ran 236m and stuff like that?

Also, the standing triple jumps are done all 3 on the same leg?

It's interesting that the sticking point is in the half squat position as well... I wonder if that is quad weakness or the quads are being overloaded because your posterior chain doesn't properly fire in that position.

I was wondering what your weight was, but it's "???" hehe

Yeah but if I hear you say the sound, I can/should be able to do it.

I mean, if you say Porsche, or if you say "shhhhhhhh" as in to "make silence", it's not that hard to do, right? I just ... don't get it.

Offtopic question, but why can't greeks pronounce "sh"?

As in Porsche? And they use "S" instead?

Although the thumbnail appears, "not available in your country".

I haven't been in a vacation in the last 5 years or so.

Went to the sea only one time when I was 5, and the sea is only 200 km away.

No money to waste on that.

Stretch was hand at rim pretty much at the time he was off the ground 2 inches. Watch it again.
