so many active journals and so many people doing well has me fired up to go train tonight.

mantra is "AELS, AELS, AELS" -- i'm tempted to kick MSEM squats all the way up to 315.![]()
- squat MSEM 305 x 10
~45-60s rests. bar was popping. sixth rep was a little wobbly so i took a bit of extra rest and refocused. rest good.
Oh yeah, he was never knocked out, but in his match against andy lee he was dropped, so maybe if jacobs finds that chance. maybe.

From the chest straitions alone im gonna wager that thats well below 10%. 5-8% would be my bet.
agree
Its a hard fight to predict, quillin has been knocked out before and jacobs has lost before and knocked down also
I've got a meet tomorrow night for the 200m. It should be fun but
I've always turned let downs into fuel, that's one thing i've done right in life.I'm not really looking forward to seeing people and being slow and having them be like WTF happened to you!? I'm not going to stress about it though because the main thing is I'm just exercising again and slowly losing weight/trying to live a better lifestyle despite last nights antics.
