Not sure how much longer he can keep fighting, the way he fell/got KO'd after being hit with that shot, does not look good.

nice stuff

"Your body is in the same spot all the time," McGregor said. "What happens is people jump out of bed, brush their teeth, stuff their faces with food, make their way to the gym, barely warm up, do 10 rounds, go home, rest, eat, go back to the gym. You can just feel that body locking. I'm waking up and the first thing I'm doing now is spinal waves. I can actually hear it. ... It's like you're loosening the cobwebs. And it's been paying off for me."

conor is in a great rhythm right now.

dunno if you're taking suggestions,

ya suggestions are welcome ;f

but:

1. mix together 2T red chili powder, 2t cumin, 1t coarse salt, 1.5t dried oregano, 1t onion powder, 1t garlic powder, 0.25t cinnamon, 0.25t allspice, 0.25t cayenne
2. dip 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs in the spice mixture, to coat
3. place chicken in crock pot
4. pour 2/3c pineapple juice over chicken
5. add 2T tomato paste
6. cook on low for 6+ hours
7. shred chicken
8. profit

Sounds good as f*k. You posted this in the recipes thread before right? I think I remember you raving about it. I don't have a crock pot. I'm going to look into it.

ya he's just destroying everyone, it's nuts.. aldo is the real deal and conor just walked right through him.

wokeup too late again...

the long walk yesterday really wrecked my erectors, pretty sore.. didn't feel them much at all though when running which is interesting.

Bio: Morning

sleep = 9 hours (completely sucked, power went out all night)
wakeup = 11:00 AM
bw = 161 lb
morning resting heart rate = didn't measure
soreness = left calf, erectors (bad)
aches = none
sacrum genetic issue = really inflamed from that walk yesterday.. this inflames alot when I do "new things".. it's like a few small lumps in my sacral spine that need to be surgically removed (for 20+ years now lmao).. it's a big operation though so i've just put it off.. eventually I need to just get it done because it always bothers me to some degree.
injuries = some toe nails

Food

- epic BBQ.. was amazing
- smoked brisket & ribs
- got it at the Tamarac farmer's market
- some mac and cheese
- 1 x coconut

Food

- 1 x gatorade

Session: Evening

run:
- 1 hour 20 minutes
- first half of the run was midfoot, second half was forefoot!!.. let's see if i get sore from it, don't think I will. forefoot feels great.
- form was epic, used my ankles sooo good.. they were relaxed and really giving me lots of pop/extension
- kept pace the entire run
- legs felt very strong

the walking I did yesterday while focusing on relaxing & extending my ankles carried over a ton tonight.

need to keep this up.

Bio: Evening

bw = 159 lb

Food

- 1 x greek yogurt
- 1 x orange juice
- some chocolates

running turned out better than expected.. the 2 days of rest (not running) helped. thought my erectors would bug me a bit more, but turns out barely at all.

was supposed to lift today but woke up too late.

going to probably jump rope less than I have recently because I think it tweaked my left lower leg a bit, potential shin splint. It's not major but it's just annoying and not something I want to feel when i'm jumping or running. I think it was from that 5x900 session.

lol, cant describe how kitsch the label is for a Greek that sees it. It would be the exact equivalent of an American product with the freedom eagle and Lincoln and idk mount Rushmore  on it
Don't judge the book by the cover though, glad the product delivers.

hahah! I've actually thought before it might be cliche.

dude it's soooo good.
