- 1 x orange juice
- 1 x greek yogurt

Session: Afternoon

11:20 AM - 12:20 PM

ring workout:
- hit an L-set with rings
- hit "skin the cat" also
-- first time ever trying skin the cat.. was scary but turned out to be easy
- did lots of dip variations and horizontal pullup variations, a few pullup variations
- also some core and pushup variations

VERY FUN SESSION

1 PM

- 1 x whole milk
- some cookies and cream bark

- 1 x grapefruit juice
- 1 x greek yogurt
- 1 x banana
- 1 x starbucks blueberry muffin



Session: Evening

6:30 PM

short sprints:
- 11 sprints with big recovery walking, 6.40 mi in 1:40:17
- fastest: 16.5 mph
- only did one max sprint, the 16.5 mph in ~100m.. didn't want to go crazy, feeling tight/sore in upper & quads/hamstrings
- did a few 200m-300m sprints
- ipod: bitcoin documentary and some functional programming stuff
- overall speed: 3.9 mph
- felt good

going to work on my sprint analyzer code tomorrow to pull out the data.. so that I can just run the analyzer on it and get all of the data the way I want it.

- 6 eggs scrambled with shredded parmesan, green pepper, mushroom
- english muffin with butter
- 1 x orange juice

- 3 x fried banana atop ~3 tbsp peanutbutter
-- bad idea, feel wrecked.

Off one leg, RL and LR plants in the same game.

that's a "triple double" or "triple" from dunking standards.. home run would be left leg dunk, right leg dunk, rl & lr dunks.

hitting for the cycle would be L, R, LR, RL, and SVJ.

Good news is yesterday I got through day 1 successfully without pizza or icecream or chocolate... which is usually the HARDEST. But nothing is accomplished yet! Wait til day 10 before I am confident i've made a good start. I think it's round bout day 20 when i can say i'm on track so there is work to be done yet. Here are my fitbit stats for yesterday:

Total Activity: 13,676 steps / 10.51km
Fasted Activity: 8000 steps
Calories In: 2027
Calories out: 2931
Caloric Deficit: 904

I got a weight vest today. It goes up to 20kg. Unfortunately it looks quite bulky so I don't think I will use it as much in summer. Still, I guess if I distribute the weight bags inconspicuously...? but the ones on the back are def noticable lol. Wear a baggy shirt?  Winter should be fine as long as I wear a hoody or a coat. Each pocket holds 0.58kg .. and im using 16 pockets atm to make a total weight of +8.6kg. I jumped on the scale and it read 91kg. I started with 10% of bw ~ 8kg so yeah.

we need a weight vests thread.. i bought one a long time ago and I hate how it fits etc, very bulky.

I was jumping unusually high that day though. Even though I lifted the day before, I missed my leg workout before that one. That probably had something to do with it.

Curious to see what I will do at 405x3 @ 195lbs in the coming months. I need to start playing pick up games again. This better better be the year I hit 40" running!
