stormpocalypse has had an effect on south florida. raining like crazy, such a beautifully shitty day. loving it. even did some calisthenics in the rain at the park, was fun-af.

there's something about rainy day programming that I just love.

how's the achilles & hamstring doing?

pc!

The achilles is an ongoing issue and varies in pain from day to day. My hamstring is going well, but I haven't done any accelerations or max effort runs. I didn't log on my journal, but I did play pick up basketball for an hour last Sunday and I pulled up with no soreness or anything  so it's probably fine now. Touch wood :-X

niiice!! if you get the urge to sprint some time soon, just keep it submax for a few months. you'll be able to get more work in that way, while achieving more fat loss & better preparedness.

Speaking of gorillas....

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQWjkV7-cPQ" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQWjkV7-cPQ</a>

Edit:
They removed the video. Found it in another angle.
It is not nice to see animals fighting. But the original video i updated was so raw, so much brute force, it was breathtaking.
It is not so evident here. Whatever, i am posting it.

daamn.. very "human like" too. looks like a fight between two mean but untrained humans. one gorilla goes for a takedown heh.

Why not explain to the woman the potentiation effects of a hyper-gravity weight vest protocol to create changes in the central nervous system so it can override inhibitions and allow you to produce greater peak force as well as absorb more peak force during the switch from an eccentric contraction immediately to a concentric power output during the plant of a DLRVJ?  Should be an interesting conversation with a woman on a first date......
