Meditation 2hr - maybe the most profound sit ive had, deeply blissful and felt like a life changing experience. This stuff is wild.

Run 16.06km 4.54m/km pace. New route, faster than i expected. Felt fantastic throughout. Longer as working the next few days so no time to make up distance

No cycle commute - went to my bike in the morning (locked in a dedicated bike room with a code lock door) and same dude who vandalised it a month or so ago had taken a shit in a carrier bag and smothered it on my handlebar and saddle, dripped all over. He has it in for me after reporting him to the police for living in the bike room illegally and stealing everyone's bikes (found his belongings with bolt cutters). Great start to a 13hr day! If I see him again it will be hard not to KO him. (more meditation need lol)

absolutely loving my acoustic guitar.

been playing it every night before sleep. helps me sleep too i think, puts me in a good mood.

im just winging it and having tons of fun .. need to get a mic so i can record some of my stuff to archive the progression. i havent looked up a damn thing and im playing stuff that i find really appealing to my ear, love it.

hah!

Awesome!! I used to play as a teenager but haven't played for years and can't remember how to anymore. I wish I'd never stopped!

Cycle commute - there's 1 big hill and it's starting to feel really easy haha, practicing it too much.
Really crazy week at work. 5 long (13 hour days) in 6 leaves so little time for anything else. Actually enjoyed it though, intubated my first icu patient today which was kinda cool. Non covid work coming back adding some variety too. Meditation is for sure making it a lot easier to deal with work and stress.

Long run tomorrow hopefully!
