I like how joe defranco worded it "60 inch" jump as opposed to the more accurate title "jump over 60 inch hurdle." Lol that sleezy wording will lure teenagers and unsuspecting jumping/training enthusiasts toward the WS4SB methods or any of Joe's other programs...sad
I don't think cushing is good for 40" based on howmuch of the hurdle was leg lift.

Hey man. Further up the thread you posted a 5x300 skullcrusher. How the damn do you do that. Isnt your bench "only" in the low 300's? Or was i because the seated rows were done first?
lmao that was seated rows hahah no I suck at skullcrushers

Extremely retarded, especially considering Cushing could get hurt doing something so useless and lose millions.  Joe Defranco has plenty of vertecs, if he wanted to test a max jump its pretty damn easy to do safely and accurately.

yup.. if you're going to do PR 'hurdle jumps', i mean, at least come up with a safe setup when you're having a guy under a million dollar contract jumping over it, same goes for high school, college, or whatever-level athletes too ;0 no matter how good you jump, anyone can clip a hurdle or have a weird plant/jump.. doing so in that setup could be horrible.. cushing was obviously pumped that he made that jump, which means he had an even higher percentage of missing it.

i agree though, hit the sticks on a vertec, those PR's mean more :D

peace man
how close ur head is too rim seems the best measurment device since u cant cheat ur reach!!

definitely a nicer hurdle jump based on actual vert, saw that too.
true a better hurdle...but cushings is 260 lbs so he gets to play the weight card for jumps.

about it, low strength today, but was expected from no carbs. Stimulants seems to work better in a no carb enviorment tho. good to kno. squats and rdl's tomarrow smovlo day 2 excited and piss myself same time thinking about it lol jk.

strength endurance will usually suck on low carb, but maximal strength is usually not effected at all, from my experience.. so something you can rep for 8 on high carb, you might rep for only 4-5 on low carb, but 1RM should be about the same.

and ya, stimulants (caffeine) in low carb environment can really lead to some serious max strength for that day.

peace
good  to hear that, pullups endurance was not there yesterday.
