need some physics/biodynamics gurus to school us on how earlier/later onset of armswing could effect force production.

It's said that the more forceful and explosive the arm drive, the more forceful and explosive will be the leg drive.

Bolt spirals a lot with his thighs/legs during his starts generating huge amounts of torque through his body.

I don't exactly know how the palms should be oriented. Palms facing in (towards your body/legs) or facing out?

Having the palms facing the body would mean there just being held in neutral & not being spiralled (pronation/supination).

Are you supposed to pronate or supinate?.

Spiralling the arm action which facilitates the extension on the big toe of the leg is very interesting, never heard that one before. Where did you hear that from Raptor & what is the anatomy behind it?.

Thankyou for that.

Read that article from the glute guy, eh?

I read everything, good or bad.

That is how we advance.

Jumping & sprinting are 'literally' whole body.

Remember all that force has to pass through the core.

I read that deadlifts hit the glutes harder than squats.

Hip thrusts seem to own both for the glutes.

You must use the lowerback when you jump.

What works it more optimally?. Squats or deads?.

This is what I'll say. If your still feeling fuked up after eating 12 banana's in the future & your putting in the optimum sodium, cut back the banana's.

You need to get your potassium, magnesium, sodium and calcium ratio's just right to be at your most efficient both mentally & physically.

Those particular minerals are extremely important.

Symptoms of Too Much Potassium

extra bball cardio + 12 bananas a day + basically a low sodium diet = adarqui in potassium overdose.

Doesn't matter how healthy the food is, overdosing on it will fuk you up.

diet = 3 eggs + egg whites + 1 cheese + 2 bread + greentea, water/protein-drink + gatorade, starbucks coffee drink, basketball + protein/gatorade-drink, 2 bags of dirty's chips + gatorade, session{pin-7-squat=315 @ 3x10}, protein/water-drink + gatorade, philly cheesesteaks + tons of salty fries + tons of soda, pint haagen dazs + 2 cookies, bw-exercises={H=60,CR=70,GB=50,CR=60,H-arms-out=40,CR=70,GB=50,CR=50,H-arms-out=30,CR=50,GB=50,CR=50,H=,CR=}, 2*yogurt + gatorade

potassium OD / sodium UND

raped.

It would take my body almost a week to recover from all of that, seriously.

Hardest part of my training, eating clean, it's all mental & it's hard as hell.

Any ideas why has your vert "suddenly" increased? Any particular reason or just good ol' plain consistency?

Blood, sweat, n' tears.

The beard gives you that little extra viking strength.

Killer house @ 0:45.

Killer beard @ 2:43. Just like the good Lord intended.

You should feel blessed having so many nice places to dunk at.

If I was into dunkin'/or into basketball as much as you, living in the US, that house you dunkin' in front of, would sure be enough inspiration for me to try out for a D1/D2 team & train my butt off & try to achieve as much as I possibly could & get as high up the basketball ladder as I possibly could.

Doesn't it give you inspiration, or you not really bothered?. I sure respect your dedication.
