^^^^ Current goals are just to stay healthy, and injury fee so I can continue to play sports and be active. Weights have become harder and harder to put the effort in that I know it takes to improve performance. I also don't have much interest in endurance at this point in my life. Pretty content to coast for a bit until I have a little more in the tank. My Family keeps the tank towards E most of the time, but it is worth it.

Here is the last bit. more off throttle coasting.

Been taking it easy. Started up some core work and ditched the lifting belt, and 2.5# plates. Been walking a lot more lately and limiting sugar. Really feeling better and I have lost a few pounds. My motivation to actually make progress is at 0%. So I am going to lock it into cruise control for a bit.

went back to paused squat and regular deadlift for a change. Spent some quality time on my hip flexor and that helped. Played full court for about an hour and could taste blood in my mouth. slow and steady.

My trapbar deadlift is coming along and my wrist and bench are feeling mint. new schedule keeps me from even thinking of lifting 4 days a week, so no catholic guilt. Starting in sept I will be limited to once a week basketball. but definitely looking forward to it.
