I restarted high bar squatting, and started conservatively. But I'm getting close to it being difficult, so I'm not that far away. I will probably stall at ~100 kg just like 8 years ago.
It's really weird how gains sometimes choose to display themselves out of a sudden... like with no notifications at all beforehand haha.
What if the injury you're having isn't limiting you all that much but did enough stuff to make you change your mechanics in a good way instead... that would be pretty weird and cool.
That made me remember when J-Poor, also known as J-Rich, went on with the AND1 Volume 6. He didn't do shit all game long, yet at the end of a game he caught a basket made, ball going through the rim, and windmilled it if I remember right. That was kinda cool.
