A 5lb weight cut shouldn't really poop on your strength. Back in the olden days when I was around your weight, I wouldn't notice a drop in strength until i lost around 10-15lbs.

Yeah true. I think I was saying that more because sometimes I feel like I'm stalling hard on my lifts for a while (last week was an exception) so I felt like if I cut down, I would drop strength. It would be cool to keep my theoretical squat max of 455 at a bodyweight of 195. I'd be okay with dropping down even to a 440 max though.

go for 455 and vid it.

the 440 looks like 4 plates and a bunch of little things.

the 25lb on top of the 4plates is so much better. take off a 45 and its still a heavy 365lb :)

Maxed at 455 today. Phone ran out of storage mid recording so the vid cut before the lift. God dammit!!! I'm serious btw lol.

damn that SUCKS.

watching Kemba Walker pick apart the Heat, so explosive. He's just dicing up the heat defense.

Mike Myers Network+ Exam Guide
Finished Chapter 21 of 21

FlashCards Deluxe - Chapter Notes
Chapter 21 notes done (33 cards)

FlashCards Deluxe - Quiz Questions
Learned 145 of 283 cards

Finally finished this fucking book. Can't tell you how much my reading comprehension has gone to shit lately. Unreal how much brain fatigue I was having last week. The past few days I haven't had much at all, though. But I constantly have to re-read things over and over and over again.

Anyway I plan to take my exam Saturday May 7th. Till then I'll be memorizing the rest of the quiz questions I gathered (although at this point its less memorizing and more understanding since I've read the entire book). Then I'll start on the 306 real exam questions I bought online as a last measure to solidify the fact that I'll pass this certification because it costs $285 to take it each time. In the meantime, I'm reviewing all the notes I took on the chapters daily and also doing random practice tests online.

Will lift and edit later.

nice man!

how many flash cards do you have total, for this book/project?

fuuuuuuuck.. so glad he didn't completely tear anything though.

2+ weeks :/

GSW is so damn solid though, even without him.. hope they can get through round 2. If GSW somehow manages to get through round 1, then 2, get Curry back, and win a title.. That would put them as truly the best team in nba history. If the 72-10 bulls had lost MJ, I don't think they would be as good as the Warriors are without Curry. ;0

wishful thinking..

on a canoeing trip in southern virginia, kind of in the middle of nowhere, got up early and had to take a piss, failed to put on shoes before walking away from campsite, kicked tent stake by accident. goodbye, front of toe.

always wear shoes when you're in the middle of nowhere.

damn you must have kicked it hard as fuck.

Especially like that, because of a wet spot on the floor. I'm soooo scared of wet spots, if I feel I slip just 0.000000001% I completely shut down. I'm like whatever, I'll just be extremely slow and safe rather than risk serious injury.

ya, outdoor courts are so much safer when it comes to wet-spot issues. i prefer good outdoor courts (for pickup games) for that very reason.

sandy outdoor courts suck too though. need a nice one with no sand on it.

the worst is when I used to go to that really good indoor gym during the winter, and somehow the court would be like 'ice'. I'd ask them for my $3 back and i'd leave. Some weird issue with the temperature and what it does to that surface, made it so slick. Would never attempt to dunk on it.

Check out his penultimate step at 0:27, look how deep his knee bend is on that left leg, never seen that in someone before.

ya that's really deep. looks interesting, makes me want to try it out.

crap. looked bad.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AzhcPmGfPZo

hope it's only a slight sprain.. that looked like a potential ligament tear.

and you see how he gets up so quick etc? you know - he knows it's bad. he's basically trying to just deny what happened and change reality.

i hate seeing anyone get injured :/
