Bodyweight- 84
Need to cut down my drinking. I was going well until just before Christmas but during the holiday period I let loose and it's hard getting over the habit, but I really want to get <80kg again and leaner so that's my motivation. I'm not going to bullshit myself and say that I'll cut drinking completely, but I need to go from drinking 3 days a week just down to 1. Prior to Christmas I was only drinking once or twice a week on Friday/Saturday nights.

Sprints-
4x100m ME with 10 minute recovery

I ended up just going swimming at the beach instead of playing pick-up today because it was scorching hot.

i cant talk b/c ive taken 10 mins between sets of hard squats often .. but it's suprising to me that you do that with sprints .. interesting.

Usually I don't rest that long for 100m but if I'm doing ME 200m (I haven't done these for like 3+ years) I'll take 15-20 minutes rest between each run. 200m+ or after doing repeat ME 200m you just get crazy lactic acid. With 100m you don't get lactic acid but if I'm doing ME it's not about fitness it's about speed so you want to get your heart and lungs under control until you feel at your peak. But yeah like acole said 100m ME is intense- look at world class sprinters like Tyson Gay and see how puffed out they are when they give their interviews straight after sprinting and it sure isn't due to a lack of conditioning.

It's a public holiday tomorrow- Australia Day. I resisted getting on the piss tonight, but I'll be getting on it tomorrow. I've got work on Friday though so I'm not going to get completely sloshed and in hangover territory.

My legs feel fried from the last session but I'm looking forward to training today. I went on the scale today and was 85.5kg. No wonder my squat got higher I'm gettting fat LOL! But seriously I'm getting 1 hand dunks at this bodyweight. If I can get some willpower and lose weight <sub 80kg I should be flying and getting 2 handers. Potential doesn't mean shit until you realise it though. 2017 time to step my game up!

It's interesting how some of the biggest SVJ numbers are from RB's and WR's. I think it's obvious with LB's and DB's having great SVJ as most of them have brute strength. I would expect the RB's and WR's to have awesome RVJ as they are lighter and would have better re-activity and speed than their heavier NFL counterparts. I guess that shows just how much power to weight they have though considering their SVJ numbers.

I wish I had a social team. I'm sick of playing street ball I want to play organised again but just in a social level comp.
