148 lb
hamstrings/adductors crazy sore - but got better as the day went on.. brutal sore early on though.
tired
1: greek yogurt, green tea
2: 2% milk, big stir fry with grilled chicken and whole wheat couscous
3: greek yogurt, biscotti
worst journaling ever part 2.
i think tomorrow i should be able to run/jump/lift.
