i was so surprised to see none of the sports channels even report on the injury.. all they did was glorify the KO and the celebration after. almost seems like they DIDN'T want to mention the injury.

last night's sleep: ~8 hours
last night fell asleep: ~6 AM
wakeup = 2 PM
bw = 147
morning resting heart rate = didn't measure
soreness = quads slightly, hamstrings/adductors moderate
aches = left shin slightly
injuries = left ankle slightly (lateral malleolus), right knee scrape
standing desk (when on computer): none
feel = weak
water = alot

jumps:
- absolute crap, ~10'3 highest on SLRVJ & DLRVJ
- was absolutely drenched already, legs dead

annoyed lifting:
- half squat: 135 @ 2 x 10
- felt easy but legs still freaking out because of the lifting stimulus
- probably will be sore because of it tomorrow.. hehe

lots of coding.. nothing spectacular though.. still haven't been able to start rebuilding the forum app in react-flux, i don't know it well enough yet. need to do some other small projects with it first i think, like todomvc client + ui routing + ajax to integrate with a todomvc backend.
