He is one of my all time favourites for sure. What struck me about watching him play was the way he moved and covered the court and then to be able to explode. I can't remember him ever getting credit as a great athlete though.
On a side note I picked up a pair of the Reebok Answer 1's for $5 from a foot locker that was closing down about 2 years ago. Played in them once and they felt heavy and clunky so shelved them. Played in them again last week as my hyperdunks well and truly have no cushioning left and they were solid. Have a feeling they will break in to be a great shoe.

Woke up this morning at 92.7. Damage hasn't been as bad as I thought. Clean eating will easily get me to 90ish in about 2 weeks and then the hard work begins on getting to 87-88. Hit my cal and macro target yesterday and it was a decent amount of food so pretty happy to run with that for the moment.
Also, was watching some old NBA vids last night with Iverson and Ray Allen. Easy to forget just how good of an athlete Iverson was and how balanced he was as a runner and also what Ray used to do at the rim before he parked himself behind the 3pt line.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13YeR5zIGbo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISwSxZmWM24
yeah but after hitting 36 off one with acole everything shorter feels blah.
- one-step RVJ x 3,3
33-34, pretty good
- DLRVJ x 3,3,3,3
not great at first so switched to submax sets of three. gonna go for PRs tomorrow, will see if i can get a buddy to throw lobs.
Yeah looks like if you get a good bounce on the ball you'd be able to get a dunk in.
The heaviest I ever dunked at was 250 with a semi flat ball so I'd start maybe around there. At 275-280 I dunked 9ft off 1 step a month ago.

R u going to try and use your S7 to tape your dunking and what not? If so, let me know if and what kind of tripod you'll use. I have an S6(bought it 2 weeks before the S7 came out and I wasnt aware there was going to be an S7 at that time lol) and was looking to get one when I get down in weight and get back into jumping.

10' RIM JUMPS:
SVJ : max ~25''
Dropstep : max ~29''
1-step DLRVJ : max ~29,5''
2-3 steps DLRVJ : max ~30'':ibjumping:q
-Awesome, got the 30'' milestone at the last park session before holidays. Twice!. lots of 29s too. 30 is not just a round number, it is 10'5'', that sweet spot that you touch rim with palm and can wrap entire fingers around it. Feels good!!! Great to know there is still some juice left in there.
TEMPOS:
5*150m @ 70% , starting every 2 minutes.
-Legs were toasted from jumping, this time i was getting 2 seconds more than target.
damn, the fitness tests keep piling up.
Yeah haha that's all of them though, I did 3 counties for my test so one of them will hopefully pick me.
Adarq, should I just keep rolling on with what I've been doing? kind of 2 mile speed work I guess you can call it.
I also will get a 1 week pass for my old gym so I'll have access to the stepper which will substitute for the stairs.
