Edit: it's a Wilson - dno where I got Spalding from lol
Nice man! I just bought myself the NCAA Spalding ball and pumped it to the max.

Can't quite get high enough for lobs but hopefully soon!
Hoping to see you fly and land some of those dunks.
I feel you on running. I honestly enjoy changing changing up sports seasonally so I can enjoy them without it becoming a burden.

Getting back up there

Damn you're getting up there again... I remember when you first started measuring your jumps again not too long ago you got 10'2''-10'4'' on your max effort jumps now you do that on your submax jumps... that's some nice progress. I also like your training approach. Very basic and simple but it seems to work...
is it just me or have you really stopped doing long runs pretty much completely? If so.. why? Just curious
larger size works, is better.
^^ ill check out the github. i have some topics on the CISSP covering software security. only dipped into to it a bit so far. but i learned about architecture diagrams... pretty cool... do a reduction analysis of a system or program (break it down logically to see how data reacts with everything) and draw up an architecture diagram of a small network. label all systems (after their reduction analyses) with version numbers, OSs, apps installed, all that crap, label all connections between them, all protocols used.... and then come up with a list off all threats and vulnerabilities in all systems, applications, and connections.
i'll have a whole couple chapters on application security and i can't wait to get to it. it's towards the end of my textbook though. i suck at programming but i find app security very interesting.
adarqui what do you do for a living? secure coders make a ton of freaking money... i would do that if i were a software engineer. i mean A LOT of money! (ICS)2 CSSLP is a good cert. So is GIAC GSSP.
Still recovering from this bloody chest infection. Feeling pretty good but the chesty cough is hanging around. It's been nearly two weeks since I lifted which is a bitch. Have basically done nothing since the ball game last Wednesday. Thankfully my weight hasn't changed. Still around that 92-93 mark and a mirror check this morning confirmed my body comp is pretty much the same which is lucky considering what I have and haven't eaten the last two weeks.
Am going to lift tonight and see how I go. Will do an easy-ish session. Prob just squat and ohp. Will also use this opportunity to start squatting in my oly shoes again.
Plan for next week is to lift twice, play ball and jump and then re-introduce track work when the cough is completely gone. No point here at this time of year doing the track in the morning. It's usually 5-6 degrees which isn't going to help anyone.

felt good, actually kind of energized post all that reading about herpes. lol.
