BS 4x117.5, 2x122.5, 1Fx120, 3x6x102.5(LPR)
Sprint Intervals - 6x(20s on, 20s off; LPR; new exercise)
OHP 3x6x52.5(LPR)
LPD 3x8(LPR; reintro)
CROW 3x10(LPR; reintro)
WCU 4x91, 4x86, 4x80
Orange Band Resisted Bridge 3x12 (LPR; reintro)

BW: 78.4kg/172.8lb

Notes:
I wanted more than 4 on 117.5 but could only match last workouts LPR. It's too damn hard :(

Cool workout.  I would recommend you drop the LPD for ZFDs and do fewer sets of WCU and mix in PXQs.

lmfao. :goodjobbro:

Textbook #1
Read chapter 20 of 21

Review Questions

Real Test Questions
Learned 0 cards (350/2,300)

Time to finish this textbook. Read a chapter today, one more to go. Then memorize both.

There's just so many cards that pop up for review now since they've accumulated ~20 chapters! It's nuts. Maybe 300 per day that I'm reviewing lol. But I can burn through them very quick since they've been embedded in my long term memory now. Memorizing new cards takes very long though, and I'll have a lot of those to do today :'(

it would be cool if we could get before/after footage of the dendrites and such in our brain  after learning all of those cards and "permanently storing them in memory".

I'd love to see an image of your brain 6 months ago compared to now for example.. lmao.

yeah haah I hope so

10 mile walk w/ 20lb weight vest
time: 3hrs23 minutes

suckedx100

my feet are so damn sore and well everything is haha.

supposedly I burned 1469 calories

solid.. long walks are effective. probably no need for the vest tbh but it probably can't hurt.

Billy works hard making these videos, not to mention the countless hours he drives from gym to gym to get the footage. Maybe if people respected this guys commitment to Dunkers instead of the "Low angles" of his cameras, they would appreciate the world of dunking more. Instead, we look for flaws in things we can't do to make ourselves feel better. YES this is Nick Ross from in the video. Keep up the work Billy, you are appreciated.

Played bball for 3 hours a bit of shooting but mainly pick up. I was able to dunk today on almost every attempt and felt 'bouncy'.

damn nice!

I tried getting my friends to throw me lobs, but the timing was always out of place. My bodyweight is down to 85kg.

Women's 100m Final

Elaine Thompson won in 10.71.
Torie Bowie 2nd in 10.83 and Shelly Ann Fraser came 3rd in 10.86.

ya, sick.

i was just coming on to post about that and:

usain bolt: didn't look great in his start, but man o man did he look good towards the end.. beastmode.

mo farah: 10k gold.. not sure why these guys are holding back so much though man.. push the damn pace. Mo Farah fell and still had no problems.. seemed like an easy win for him. Glad he won but, not sure what his competition is thinking tbh.

Bolt V Gatlin showdown :headbang:

hell ya.

Gatlin is "old" too.. pretty crazy. Phelps doesn't seem like he's getting worse with age either.. I bet he could destroy another olympics. I imagine he'll change his mind in the year leading up to 2020.

usa is my country but i'm still hoping Bolt wins.. :) more jewelry for the GOAT.

ya I imagine that is good for 12" arms.. my biceps are probably ~12", they are weak af.

obviously im not gna be doing 60kg curls with 12" arms haha .. they're gna be cheat curls .. but i did worksets of 55kg last wk and next workout im going for 57.5kg worksets. 60kg is just around the corner. Once ive mastered it for cheat curls .. i can prob do strict ones with say 50kg. And cheat curling 70kg prob get me to strict curl 60kg. I'm just being honest here .. the idea is when im doing strict 60kg curls i will prob get close to 15" and over which would be amazing :)

ah..

3" to your bicep would be alot of MEAT.

that's one thing we never see people talk about here.. one plate curls and such. 135 lb. that's pretty damn beast. not many people into grip training. I used to love grip training (before dunking). Had CoC grippers, nails, sledge hammers, and I have a farmer's walk implements, 2" and 3" thick bar. lmao.

i focused on curls at one point, did 'safe singles' and cheat variations.. really helped. but i'd get that crazy wrist pain on occasion, feels like shin splints in your wrists. absolutely hated that.
