Strength sessions- 80% week
Warm up- hanging, hip flexor stretches, banded shoulder & scap stuff, monster walks
Squat-
bar x 10, 60 x 5, 80 x 5, 5, 5
Bench-
bar x 10, 40 x 5, 40 x 3, 67.5 x 5, 5, 5
Pull Ups-
bw x 5, 5, 4
Plank & Shank-
40s each x 3 (no rest)
Done. Light stretching and lacrosse ball once home.
