Jack, do you view them superior to other forms of glute activation pre workout (glute bridge holds etc)?

What duration do you normally do them for/weight?

exactly which is my whole point; women don't care as much about abstaining because a)its viewed negatively to do it and b) it is easy to obtain

well he has a point

psychological, by men having sex or hooking up with girls, they are achieving something and will be patted out the back by their buddies

on the other hand, if women hook up with guys, it is "slutty" and does not really require any work or effort per se.

Not to mention so many females are actually so inexperienced with their bodies, IE never orgasmed or anything. Guys on the other hand..

side note-there is a mythical age where the tables change and the girls chase the guys by any means in order to get married. Or at least the guys with stable jobs.  I was referring to more 16-27 or so range.

i say why not train them? Unless your crazy and kill yourself maxing out on calf raises(never heard of that) its not going to take away from your other training(squats, jumps) and could be that missing link..

point taken

but if 6 foot under guys can't brag or anything about lifting, 6 foot over guys can't brag about dunking haha..

but yea people that don't see the difference just don't get it

isn't 5 10 the american "normal height" thus 6-2 would be more abnormal than 5 8.  Clearly height plays a role as do genetics, but dont dismiss someone's strength just because they are shorter. It still takes hard work to bench that much over your body weight I dont care how tall you are.

Besides that who cares what other people think or say, if you are getting stronger and beating your OWN PR's then thats all that matters not what some guy on youtube or forums says or brags about due to insecurities.

hopefully there arent too many 6-2 160lb people that are trying to lift a lot of weight...

but yeaa height and limb length play such a big role in lifts
