having a nice garden seems like a very cool thing to do and it seems to be able to bring peace of mind..... i only have 1 plant due to lack of space.....

yea man it's great. requires a small level of care/attention, which helps you take your mind off of everything. no matter what i have going on, once i start taking care of my plants, i forget about it.

it's awesome. highly recommend getting into it more, if possible.

pc!

did some walking around dover this weekend. started to develop what seems like a mild cold and this morning i woke up with a mild cough. self-isolating for the next week, per government advice. i'll still go out for walks and try to build back to runs (being very conservative w/r/t foot), but no interacting in person with anyone other than my gf until next week.

damn that sucks. bad timing for sure.

my body has been fighting something for nearly a week, seems cold-ish. most likely got it from co-workers who came in sick - annoying. now doing WFH fu*k that shit.

IMHO, that plan doesn't have enough jumping in it if your goal is still to dunk.

Thanks LBSS... really appreciate your feedback, that is exactly what I had in mind, last friday... when i saw squatting....too little jump.. then i check this thread and saw your reply.
first the technique or the Feeling of jump need reps, yet too many reps hurt my knee..  so..anyway.. has been playing with fire all this year already.

Today is Monday, I am suppose to go jump.    But i got a little Running nose and body pain.    start to worry about that virus thing.  If i got it, whole family need to be isolated affecting colleague and everyone near by.

damn dude hope it's nothing.

Not sure if i should limit myself from outdoor training.  In Hong Kong, infected case from within seems to go under control, however, new case enter from oversea is on the raise.  People who traveled outside of HK in pass 2 weeks, returned and turn into confirmed case....  (this might be the 2nd wave of attack for HK)

mean while.. Europe and America is being attacked.  My bro told me this very morning all school is suspended.  (it has been suspended for HK for 2 months almost.)

yea we (US) are about to get wrecked. going to be pretty bad by most estimates. not good.

stay safe man! pc!

I've just been walking and stuff.  The school is going to be closed so the gym will be too.  I've been avoiding it anyway just because people on a normal day won't wash the machines and stuff and normally in winter they'll cough all over shit.

Weather is warming up though so I'll do stuff outside.  I should be hearing about the job this week so if I get it I have 2x150lb kbs in my shopping cart.  Figured they'd be good for rdl, farmers carry, front squats

2 x 150 lb kb .. jeesus lmao!

nice! hope u get it.

this beautiful banana pepper plant is producing like crazy now:

trying to step my urban farming up bigtime. i hate worrying about food when there's a panic. i always go early (ie, hurricane prep).

but this could become a problem for 4-8 weeks.. who knows. so, trying to step up pepper/tomato production considerably.

here's some tomatoes (hand full every few days), new banana peppers, and some berries i don't know what they are yet:

^^ they smell edible .. tons on there. need to figure out what it is.

naturally growing "everglades tomato" plant that has just taken over this section of the fence.
