Well there is going to be a season 2.

Brendan is possibly going to be released, I believe that they are still fighting his release.  Steve Avery is still in but they are hoping because of the documentary that he will get released eventually.  They are also praying for new tests to show that the blood was planted which i am 100% sure won't be the case.

-The hole in the top of the blood sample tube is supposed to be there, thats how they fill the tubes.
-He *67 his number twice when he called her that day because she was freaked out by him.  Approximately 430 he calls her number again asking where she was because she never showed up without *67ing her..weird..fabricated alibi?  He also told people that she was there that day around 230 so why call her phone at 430 and say she didnt show up when she clearly did?
-His sweat was found on the key and under the hood...how do you plant sweat? lol
-Inmates reported that he talked about making a dungeon to rape and kill women and the perfect way to kill someone is to burn them.
-Her DNA was on the bullet

Granted there probably was some evidence planted but he did it and even watching a 1 sided documentary on it, i still believe he did it.

They are trying to make pills that essentially are better than steroids because you don't need to do anything for them to work.  1 kind of pill will build muscle, another will produce fat to burn fat and one will grow blood vessels in muscles.  Apparently some of them have already been put on the banned list for sports...shocker lol

Idk about other peoples experience on here with not so legal anymore herbal supplements but I had 0 side effects on prohormones compared to legal test boosters and when I was on a ECA stack I felt better than on another legal fat burner that no matter what time I took it, I slept about 1-2 hrs a night and had such little appetite I usually forgot to eat until dinner.

So what im getting at is, it will be interesting to see what happens with these pills(I'm sure it will be terrible) but I've experienced a lot of terrible supplements that gnc tells everyone is fine to use.

So any thoughts on this?  Will you take it on a regular basis or on rest days or is it for douche bags?

Now i havent been following this program exactly, ive been taking its principles and pretty much following it, somedays ill do his exact workout, just depends on my energy levels and how packed the gym is

anyway- he has you do front squats- my front squats didnt go anywhere idk i hated the exercise to begin with
            - he does have a warm up 2 week phase to get you ready for the regular program which i found harder than the actual program
            - It has a mix of explosive, and bodybuilding workouts
            - the diets are a joke though, i dont trust a diet plan that has you fast for a day or so
            - If you just do the explosive shit in its own phases then I highly recommend this program

4/5 starts for me


while doing this and take the principles, it made me go from not even getting close to dunking to dunking and increased my 2ft vert probably a good 4 inches or more.

but if you throw in the creator- it brings it down to 2.5/5 stars...Elliot hulse is just a dickhead, he promotes stupid shit and doesnt answer some people cuz he said they are dicks or something, plus he believes there is a type 3 muscle fiber and his quote was "just because you havent seen it yet doesnt mean its not there"  I am pretty sure we would have found out if there was more than type 1 and 2 by now

but program alone is good

k so took awhile off didnt feel like jumping or playing basketball.  Did a lot of powerlifting and bodybuilding, I have my old stats at tvs idk i tihnk it was 365x2 bench, 550 squat and 500 deadlift.

Are these my stats now? no but probably not far off.  I got into MMA again also so ive been doing a lot of endurance type training so i dont gas out plus to lose weight since i need to be at 200lbs by summertime

i warm up with

1000 count on jump roping
oly lifts
5 laps( 18 is a mile )
speed bag
bw movements (push up, chin ups tri dips)

today will be a "chest" day

Bench- 4x30
Decline DB press- 3x30 (80lbs dbs)
DB flys 3 or 4x10- 50lbs dbs

then ill cool off with a run or some more jump roping

i used to do 1 main lift and 3-5 other lifts since i used to add in tris so the workouts felt weird at first since  i didnt seem like i was doing a lot on paper till i started it

the BW movements i j do 1 set of each for like 5-10 depending on the exercise, it helps to loosen me up

I am 5'10 and 215lbs, i decided to get into bodybuilding but i strained my rotator cuff about a week ago benching..i flared my elbows on 400lbs so it was a painful rep...so i dont know if i feel like doing that anymore since im sick of injuries to be honest...but i have been getting back into dunking of course though im starting back out from the start unlike when i was in high school...if all goes well and i can get out of bed soon i will be making a video later...ive been around the vert boards for quite some time so ik a few things ;)
