trying to eat more healthy but i suck at and dont like cooking looking for ideas. what can i eat raw or with microwave thats healthy?
Right now I eat a lot of bananas and just starting buying avocado and eating them today I really like them. I guess you can pretty much add any produce to the list but what else?
