My name is Dave Brewer. I am a coach in Orange County, California. I have followed your youtube site for over a year. Absolutely great stuff. I work with Football, Girls Soccer, Girls Basketball, baseball, rowing, and some throwers. I was a competitive Powerlifter, and some Olympic weightlifting. This area is a hot bed for athletes and standard/cookie cutter training programs. I am in the process of setting up a small training facility. Even with the economy, I see the potential.
