I watched this last year, pretty sweet. On the NFL's website they have live streams of the combine and show a schedule of positions/events. They have a couple of different cameras showing different events and the video quality is pretty high too.
Most people don't give this guy a chance because he looks like a synthol'd roid'd out mutant but he's actually a pretty knowledgeable guy. Some good training philosophies and info in the video. He advocates squatting atg too
Fun fact: his mom lives in my town, he went to my high school for a short while.
I've been listening to these guys a lot lately. I like pretty much every song they've put out... which never happens. Producer/beatmaker/drummer- Xaphoon Jones, Rapper- Chiddy. Xaphoon uses a lot of samples and makes some nasty beats. Chiddy is insane at freestyling, there are tons of vids on youtube. These guys are about to blow up.

Thought I would post this here because this is a huge achievement for me, 2+ years in the making.
The rim outside is ~9'8. When I first started training for vert in late summer of 2008 I could not even touch the 9'8 rim, I was probably about 3-4 inches away. So now,over 2 years later, I have thrown down my first dunks on that rim so it is a huge deal to me. It seems surreal to me that I am less than 4 inches away from dunking on a 10' rim. Before I started training for vert I could only get about the top knot on the net.
Vert for indoor session is probably about 33", outdoor session was at least 34" I would say, but not positive.
Special thanks to adarq for all the help with training, wouldn't be getting up this high without him. Also thanks to everyone on here who has encouraged me.
Only vid I could find. He does some hops in it that are crazy springy and you can tell he's not even trying that hard. He looks like he shot out of a cannon at the start and his reaction time is insane.
