Whats up guys! I used to visit these forums when it was The Vertical Summit.
I know that Andrew doesn't train his vertical anymore :/
I used to be bale to dunk on 10 but stopped working on my vertical.
Truth is I missed vertical jump training and the past 3 months have been going very hard in the weight room and with the plyos.
Let me know what you guys think. The rim is about 9"10 - 9"11.
How high does my vertical look on my highest jump. I am 6'1 with an 8 foot reach.
I am guessing around 30-32 running?
