Introduce Yourself / starting off strong hopefully

Hello everyone! i'm new here and i guess i'll start by saying that my training goals right now are mainly to increase my vertical above everything else so i'm looking to start a routine of some sort to get going if you guys could help out that be great. I workout but right now i just weight lift mostly nothing too specific or dynamic.
