Your free squat looks kinda odd ???, like you sit back a bit and then to get deeper into the squat you get alot of forward knee drift.
Btw your lunges are whats called a barbell split squat, different exercise.

Is there a specific reason why you rotate your body sideways on the depth jumps btw?

it already existed, I have a vane made out of pizzabox cardboard hanging of my house 24/7 7 days a week .
It takes a bit of working setting it up but its an easy way to measure vert.
