Your free squat looks kinda odd  ???, like you sit back a bit and then to get deeper into the squat you get alot of forward knee drift.

Btw your lunges are whats called a barbell split squat, different exercise.

Is there a specific reason why you rotate your body sideways on the depth jumps btw?

Single lex box squats look good  :).

thx for reply, i think i was rotating sideways because i stepped off the box with 1 foot in front of other. also, im rusty on dj, havent done it in months. my 3rd set( didnt record) was good tho
