all those people move so bad, retarded squat technique (rippetoe lol), cleans & snatches are extremely bad, but the worst is the leg extension with the other guy jumping around on the weight... i mean the guy has all the certifications so he should know that leg extensions alone aren't good for your knees... same with the preacher curls. Shouldn't take long for a pulled biceps.
