Dumbell BSS FTW!Man I loved those...These videos remind me of the old good times...you know, when I actually had two knees LOL!I commented about how "close" your stance looked to me the first time I saw you doing barbell bss, but if you're more comfortable that way I guess it's fine
Yeah my explosiveness just exponentially lowers with weight added. For example, with an empty bar I get so high... yet with 30 kg I don't get high at all. Same with snatches. With an empty bar I do them explosive enough. Give me 30 kg and it's all shoulders, non explosive etc. It's annoying and I can't find a logical reason for that.
