i'd split the arms harder on those single leg drops.

What do you mean? Overload the landing a bit more with my armswing? Maybe I should use a double arm swing landing (although I'm not really aware of what it should look like - I'll have to experiment and find out :D)?

You know it's funny, I was doing these with a subsequent jump in the gym a few days ago and used double arm swings with that (really interesting). I never use the double arm swing but I did then.
