The best compression, explosion, body movement, you name it, this is basically top notch. BY FAR. Cut the "oh but he jumps like that because of his structure" crap.

I can't really see the approach there, and the shaky cam doesn't make it easy to see the plant. But the height he got on that jump was absolutely unreal. From the way he jumped, it really did NOT look like he could get that high.

Are there more vids of him?

My goodness that guy rips himself off the floor.  Any other vids of him?

On a side note, the white guy in the green doing the elbow hang (Emmerich Grimm) is a former roommate of mine and was one of my best friends back in college.  He was also in the finals of that Shaq Dunkman contest a couple years ago.  Probably the most ridiculous natural athlete I've ever known (also a really smart dude, but never really trained aside from playing ball).

that has to be 45+

he gets head above rim with a plant 3ft farther away from the basket than most people i've seen do Head at rim

what is his height? looks under 6ft but i cannot tell

ya sir isaac is a beast.. that dunk at 1:11 is simply astonishing.. seems he's doing it every contest now, i posted a clip of it recently in dunks & shit thread.. one of the best dunks ive ever seen, i love that dunk.

i think he subbed to me on youtube too, so that's cool lolol.

i dno about "best jumping" but he's a freak for sure, love his dunks/jumping.

that one, where he tips it to himself, is insane. he's the only person i've ever seen do that. made this comment in the other thread but: ACTUAL original dunk = awesome.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.
