<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYYFQBdq5vU" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYYFQBdq5vU</a>

Full Squat
455 at 180BW = 2.5BW

405 = 2.25BW

495 = 2.75BW

doesn't get any more simple than this. squat and overanalyze later.  :P

much respect!
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

BUMP!!!

now with dunk vid. very basic but not bad at all. since i realized that an SVJ 2-hand tomahawk is not going to happen until i add at least 4-6 on my SVJ, a shorter goal is get 40-42" SVJ repeatedly. with that jump, i should be able to push the ball down and have it hit the ground first before i do. il work on that now.
