Hey guys I made this plyometric exercise video that I used to increase my vertical jump. Let me know what you guys think.

One of the worst "plyo videos" I have ever seen. Seriously. What you do out there is just "anti-athletic". Sorry.
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

hmmm,honestly...these exercises suck. they can be used if you're a total beginner in jumping,but they can only be used if done with proper technique,and you definitely don't have the proper technique for any of these exercises in the vid. for your own safety, stop using your heels while landing and running,and please,don't make videos in which you say "this will increase your bla bla bla bla",unless you're sure it's efficient and relatively safe,because you're lowering your respect.

regards and keep that good will,but start reading about plyos and vertical and then do the practical part.
