thanks for this tip Kingfish - that might be helpful. it's not possible to do with every dunk but I'll try this for sure next time, but right now I'm doing some break because I'm back at the gym. today I squat 100kg 5 times in last series with a little trouble so my power isn't as good as I thought. and Raptorel - speaking about my posterior chain and abs- I think my abs are strong really , I have couple of pictures too, I work with my abwheel and usually when I'm working at the gym I do couple of exercises for my posterior chain but it's not priority so maybe you're right. About 3 years ago I was focusing on deadlift to and I did lift 135kg two times. I could increase my power in this muscles too but right now i'm focusing on the squat and maybe I'll add some dynamic exercises too like power clean, hang clean, jump shrug
