Attach kettlebells with bands on that.

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

Depends on if you mean mechanical or natural bull riding..,.

Natural Bull Riding = Squatting.
Mechanical Bull Riding = Squatflex.

true, depends on the setting and age/aggressiveness of the bull, the more aggressive the bull the better grip strength you get which we all know helps propel you into the air, plus squeezing your legs tight against the bull works your squat flex vagina muscles
