This is a broad jump image sequence with me and Flip and another guy I train with:

Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

first of all, you gotta be a wiz at the computer cuz that's pretty G doing that man

second, are those guys your friends or what your basing your form of off?

third, how far are each?

idk bout form..not an expert on that

1) Nah, I just ran all three videos in Quicktime and it opens up multiple instances of the program, so I could just sized them to fit on the desktop and then printsceen and paste in Paint. And then cut and paste again in a new document in Paint what I was interested in (so that the rest of the desktop doesn't appear in the final shots) and then save it as a JPG and upload it on imageshack.

2) Yes, I train with these guys.

3) They are in between 2.45 and 2.61.
