url them.. i remember them looking like a significant shift of weight to the knees.

Yeah I guess that was the main culprit.

100 kg High bar:
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qJIu7qgS-ZM" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qJIu7qgS-ZM</a>

VS

80 kg Low bar:
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lRRNOn19nFQ" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lRRNOn19nFQ</a>

Not the same weight though...

All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps

100kg high bar looks fine though after re-watching it, except for when you fatigue and you see your heels leave the ground abit, ie, shifting alot towards the knees.. on your non fatigued reps it looks fine though.

The ground is leaned forward a bit on the high bar squat... so the toes are lower than the heels... it's like I have the heels elevated :D

100x5 low bar (BAD lighting...) ^^^

Did 100x10 previous set... so that was great. More about that in the TVS journal.

Interesting thing: the next day after these squats I'm having a lot of vastus medialis soreness while the vastus lateralis isn't at all sore. With the high bar squat the reverse used to happen.
