I just love it when freaks go for highest touch like we do...

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jlp0N0BQWmE" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jlp0N0BQWmE</a>

Skip the insane dunks and go straight to 0:48  :o

Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

Yeah TFB is with dedicated dunkers... with "dunk contest" dunks... Ballislife is with NBA prospects etc, true basketball players that do more than dunk, and still do great in game dunks and stuff like that.
Current PR status:

Nope... dunk contest dunkers practice dunking all time in a dunk contest/freeway to the rim environment. In game dunkers and basketball players do this as well but don't have the time/rest/resources to only do this so they also practice basketball skill and dunk in games, which is different.

Which is why the dunks by Shannon Brown, Rudy Gay, etc. are so freaking amazing. It's one thing to get a full run-up and a perfect toss. It's something completely different to throw down a sweet dunk in the fourth quarter when Kendrick Perkins and Paul Pierce are simultaneously trying to stop you.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

Exactly. Plus that nobody knows you're going to dunk. You might take a layup, pull up for the jumper, turnover the ball, get fouled etc.

In a dunk contest you always expect a dunk, so it's not that spectacular.
