Well, hard work pays off. Despite shedding like 100 lbs of my bodyfat and squatting relatively 5 times more, I jump pretty much the same.

based on that vid, you jump way higher in your vids from 2009-2010.. i've said that before though, when you originally posted this video on TVS long ago :D

i remember you had one video with an insanely fast ZIANI runup, i dont think this is the vid.. it could be though, but i didnt see it in that last jump.
