You could use improvement.
Your lower back is rounding and you're not even at parallel>Focus on sitting back, and keeping your pelvis 'fused' with the rest of your spine, staying tight.
Lower yourself slower too, if you're only doing bodyweight squats, you should be have full control of your body(even more so when you do loaded movements).
Start doing some back extensions, that should help with your weak link(round back).
Do some lunges and learn how to get your butt working for you, help with parallel, and keeping your pelvis aligned with your spine.
You look like you sit lots.
Use your ass and hams to get yourself up.
Get some meat on your bones as well :)

looks too me also that you might actually be trying to sit too far back and so it's stopping you, initially you want to stick your but back but as your getting lower all you should be doing is actually your body should be going in between your knees

what i realized that actually limited my rom in the squat was that i was actually trying to keep pushing my but back and sitting further and further back and so what happened was i would have to lean so far forward to counteract the weight balance and it was almost impossible to get deep in the squat
you should squat back and down

i'm not sure if that's what you were doing only looked like you might be doing that from the video, was i right???  If you try it now and initially stick you butt back but then go down and in btwn your knees basically instead of back does that help?

vert training not sure how it's going, this is the 5th week of the cycle, it's just a deload basically, my legs are pretty shot from the depth jumps, like if i try to jump now my lower legs just aren't producing force.  i haven't seen any indication of more gain lately but hoping that once the fatigue goes away i'll be jumping higher

not dunking yet, not sure why i'm pretty sure i get high enough, my form kinda sucks ass and i keep on trying to take the ball and destroy the rim instead of just putting it in softly at first and getting used to the motion, we shall see at the end of this week

you the butt winking that everybody does when they squat at the bottom of the squat, that is bad for lumbar region right.

I'll echo what others have said about working on mobility and slowing down. Lots of stretching, hurdle walks, quad rock backs, etc. If you want some more ideas, I got 'em in spades.

You've got really long legs, though, so don't sweat it too hard if you don't ever get all the way down. Fuckers with short legs, like yours truly, can get low more easily. That said, you're folding at the waist too much. Keep your shoulder blades together and chest open and sit down, not back, if that makes sense. Your butt's gonna go back and shoulders are going to come forward somewhat as you fold up, but try to keep your torso pretty upright. Elevating your heels a half inch or so with something hard, like 5lb plates, helps with depth, too.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

alot of people dont like it, but try proper box squatting, at first with slightly above parallel box.  Great for teaching good sit back and engaging the hips IMO , atleast if you plan to do a  low bar power squat, which is what id reccomend considering your lack of mobility especially, and most white boys would prob benefit from it anyways and less technical

i actually wasn't even asking for myself was asking cause i see every single person who squats they got that butt wink at the end, even the people with real good form  so i'm wondering if that little butt wink at the end is really bad or not cause it doesn't seem like those pppl are getting injured.  however, they are just showing the squats, not talking about injuries so it's very possible

i'm pretty content with my squat form for right now, it's not perfect and my depth isn't amazing but i think it's good enough for now and i don't want to spend months just trying to improve it like i did before when i could be driving it up

i don't think my form right now is gonna lead me to injury but some more hip mobility, flexibility would def help

the thing that actually bothers me most is tight rectus femoris on my right leg, i can feel that is exactly where the slight discomfor that i still have with my knee is coming from.  i can feel it pulling on my patella, just too hard bcs it's so tight but it won't loosen up.  some other muscle is probably stopping it from loosening up or it could be my posture.

First of all, LOL at calling it a butt wink. And no, it's not a big deal. If you're really rounding under at depth (like zginphil would be if he tried to squat deep), then you've got work to do, but a little bit is fine and it's never gonna go away.
