Heavy Bag Workout

Thought I'd throw this one up there.  Man, I've lost a lot of techinique.  Dropping my hands, not slipping low, off balance, not turning my hips on lead leg kicks, weak left elbows, etc.  You'll see.

i thought it was going to be worse based on your description.. sure you have alot of fine tuning to do, but overall speed looked good, and overall coordination was good.. you threw some good strikes in there.. definitely everything you mentioned needs work, but also, your rapid fire combos leave you a bit open too.. i liked it when you starting throwing in some 'thai style' strikes/knees/elbows, looked good.

clean up all those little flaws and it'll look real solid!

good work man

Nice Vid! the muscle ups on the rings are pretty hoss.
I am no boxer so I can't critique your form, looked good to me? Have you trained before?
I liked the deep fryer and the plant in your garage!

Haha, yeah.  We bring our plants in during the winter, and you gotta be able to fry a turkey or boil some crawfish!!

I've had some training but not in a while.  When I was in the army I did a lot of combatives, and had a few mma fights.
