ahahahaha i was trying to figure out what he was going to do. amazing. that gym seems ideal, though: a few barbells and weights, a GHR, and obviously a basketball court.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

"Performance during stretch-shortening cycle exercise is influenced by the visco-elastic properties of the muscle-tendon units. During stretching of an activated muscle, mechanical energy is absorbed in the tendon structures (tendon and aponeurosis) and this energy can subsequently be re-utilized if shortening of the muscle immediately follows the stretching. According to Biscotti (2000), 72% of the elastic energy restitution action comes from tendons, 28% - from contractile elements of muscles.

I wonder if these were all the big plates in the gym or if he used a tractor or something to bring more from other gyms

Any one want to play guess that weight?

I counted 35 plates from the right side, so let's say 70 plates.  :P
I see some stacked DBs too, i would guess it is a round number like 100kg or 200lbs.

And yes, i did actually count them and then i complain i am too busy to train!  :uhhhfacepalm:
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

A... round number like... 100 kg? What, just the dumbbells?

70x20 = 1400 kg + 100 = 1500 kg, so 1.5 tons.

Anyway,
