Man, the guy got small as hell. He is really looking scrawny there and I liked it better when he performed his ugly but heavy squats, cleans, snatches and deadlifts. He used to have a decent bench, too.

I thought this was some kind of a weird joke.

Probably he realized women like fat slobs and he's trying to get to that.
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

does anybody else think he seems a little "different"? to me he seems more quiet and a little bit more of a thinker/contemplater

i want to watch this frank yang-

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGQfTgqQBok" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGQfTgqQBok</a>

not some quiet guy lift with no emotion then flex...i want those seizure hops and the 500lbs squat(with shitty form)

idk, maybe i just never watched him enough to know that he had quiet times and crazy times back to back or something

I actually really like his Zen-like approach to life
I'm not all for art being purely intellectual, 99% of all artists make their art because they want a nod or some kind of approval, so there actually is a certain goal to it most artists will not admit, in the end a piece of art, even though created out of the mind w. instruments, is more then just an expression most of the time.
I feel sports and art are very closely related anyway.

IMO
He needs to quit overthinking life, it ain't that complicated.
The point of life is to live, the more you live, the happier you are and the better you feel your life has become.
What living 'more' is, is up to the individual, I feel squatting and dunking on a dude gets me a huge rush, I also love the process, it's a challenge and I need to put forth my all and I truely enjoy a challenge in life, it makes me enjoy the moment and thus enjoy life.

I feel I don't live my life just to please others through the uselessness of the things I do in terms of survival ( might be the case tho).
Since it's my life, as a person and athlete I try to live life from my own perspective and do good from my point of view, that's all I need to know.
Not sure why or what he seeks to find with complex reasoning like this, even though it's quite interesting, I'm not sure where it'll take you.
If it takes you to a state of inactivity while he clearly is a talented athlete and must have enjoyed lifting those weights, then I think he's not going into the right direction.

Dude would make an awesome buddhist tho, except for his view on the getting pussy part he keeps referring to.

Well.. Frank wants pussy haha. Just look at his "Max Effort Whoring Adventure" on Facebook. In Frank's defense, he's not some T.V. show that got cancelled and returned with a crappy premiere. Weird analogy, lol.

Anywways if you want to see more stuff like that... scream more while lifting, become bi-polar and record yourself while doing it. Also remember to run suicides after/while drinking a gallon of milk and eating a crapload of bananas, do ghetto workouts with your screaming brother and do/show funny shit in high school to upload them on youtube later.
Lazy kid. Doesn't take training as extreme/serious as most of adarq.org
