Dunks off vertical

This guy has a vertical over 40 inches, front squats at least 315lbs, around 2xBW
and trap bar deadlift 405lbs x 7 @ 160lbs BW

5'9 with a 92" standing reach.  :headbang:

he got the highest SVJs when he dipped all the way down too. must be the squats.
5'10" | 202lbs | 44 yrs
reach - 7'8" (92") |paused full squat - 545x1| standing VJ - 40"|

walk more. resting HR to low 40s. 

Daily Squats Day 1 - Aug 30, 2011 and still going.
