Part 1: 12x2 olympic lift scheme is the way to go, seriously.  I don't know why more people on these forums haven't caught on to this great training method.  It has helped me immensely since I switched from something like 4x4 or 8x3 to 20x1 or 10x2.  Anyways, thanks for uploading this Raptor.
