Suggested guidelines: Only pretty, technically and aesthetically pleasing squats. Please no grindy, ugly lifts, no PL squats, no DLs, bps, etc. Only squats (and  maybe snatches and c&js)

Kick it off with these two :-

Haha. I know you were joking but her snatch form is too western if you know what i mean. Her back is arched really hard (to a fault, hyperextension). Her clean is nicer she pulls with a flat back but her catch sucks like her snatch. Plus her elbows are too pointy.

Looks to me like both of the squats posted by Entropy have the knee action Dan Green spoke about at the beginning of the concentric.

because front angles look better

edit: this led me to watch the only publicly viewable video kf has up. It's highly recommended.

Does it have to be "beast" beautiful squats or it could be light ones as well?
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

Unremarkable if they're light I think? Should be at least 200kg (>>2xbw) but there might be exceptions if the person weighs 40kg say. I mean many people can do pretty reps with their submax, but these beasts have superb form even with limit weights both in an absolute and relative sense.

So take this example I just came across:

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uFCVM55XqOc" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uFCVM55XqOc</a>

Yeah it's 'only' 210kg but the guy weighs 52kg. It's a 4xbw Front Squat for two singles. Does this belong? Surely yes?!

wow! that is a big squat relative to his bodyweight.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

I wonder what was his jump.

I always wonder that as well. I reckon you'd see some ridiculous jumps if these guys trained for it.

Probably 50 inches or so, especially as a small and light guy.
